There are a lot of things that I would like to address in this post, so I am not going to go into great detail. First, I would like to say RIP Michael Jackson and Farrah Fawcett. Two amazing stars with great influence lost on the same day.
In the meantime, The Nets completed a trade of Vince Carter. For the second year in a row I am left confused as to why the Nets have traded away a star player. Last year it was Richard Jefferson, and now Carter. The Nets got Courtney Lee, Rafer Alston and Tony Battie. Not good. Lee has potential, but Alston is iffy and Battie does not do much in my opinion. They better sign LeBron or get some help after pulling off this one.
